Ice Cream
Parlor is a place of gathering and social activities.
Residents can enjoy a refreshing drink or an ice cream in a nicely decorated
settings, thanks to Pepsi's generosity.
Snacks are also available at any time at the Ice Cream Parlor. It is natural to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the warmth of this friendly place as it is to make it your social hang out. Centrally located within The Conard House, the Ice Cream Parlor plays an important part of making The Conard House a friendly, social and safe place to live. |

The Library at The
Conard House is a place of comfort, calm and entertainment. The Mansfield
Public Library provides The Conard House's Library with books on tape.
Every few weeks the selection is renewed by the Mansfield Library. You can also request a book of your choice and our personnel will make the necessary arrangements to make it available on site. Come and relax in the inviting couches and chairs while reading your favorite novel, or simply check it out to the coziness of your suite. The Library has a big screen TV and a VCR for our residents to enjoy their favorite program or film. |

The Activity Center
offers a variety of activities that range from playing cards, board games,
chess, checkers, backgammon, running or walking on the treadmill, or using
the stationary bike.
If you choose to exercise, you can always cool off in the whirlpool bath tub that is located opposite the Activity Center in the main hallway. A complete kitchenette adds the convenience of preparing cold and hot snacks or keeping cool drinks in the full size refrigerator. |

The Conard House
Assisted Living has twenty three units. There are three distinct floor plans
to meet the needs of every resident.
Each suite features all of the comforts of home including wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, large private baths with walk-in showers, ample storage space, individually controlled heating and air conditioning units, and a fully equipped kitchenette. For the peace of mind our residents expect from The Conard House Assisted Living, every unit is equipped with a safety/personal emergency response system. |
