The Mansfield Memorial Homes' apartments are housed in a seven-story brick building that has 69 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units, which include living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath, and closet space. The apartments are available for residents 62 and over who want to maintain their independent living.

The building is equipped with elevators, air conditioning, electric heat with room thermostat, sprinkler systems in each room, range, refrigerator, disposal, janitorial services, an outdoor patio, floor balconies, and recreational areas.

Special services include cablevision, Meals on Wheels, Homemaker/Home Health Care, transportation for shopping, and outpatient therapy at The Nursing Center. Rent based on income.

The Robert Sturges Memorial Home is a four- story brick building that provides an excellent facility for residents 55 and older who need independent living. Eight of the 50 units are designed for the elderly handicapped . There are seven one-bedroom units and 43 efficiency units. Rent based on income.

The Home has an indoor connection to The Nursing Center. It is adjacent to The Rotary Adult Daycare Center. A laundry on each floor, door security system, range, refrigerator, disposal, air conditioning, controlled heat in each unit and an outdoor patio and courtyard are included.

Special services available for a fee include cablevision, Meals on Wheels, Homemaker/Home Health Care, transportation for shopping, 24-hour emergency health calls to The Nursing Center, weekly housekeeping, dining in The Mary Mead Sturges Dining Room, and outpatient therapy at The Nursing Center.
